My boyfriend's character, Nyx. As you can see, this was drawn 2 years ago, and I've only just gotten around to coloring it. Originally I was going to color with colored pencils, but I managed to absolutely ruin the inked lineart (and I started coloring before I scanned the lineart...) so I had to make do with coloring the pencil sketch. :<

I really enjoy the paint-y style I used here.. So much more fun to do than airbrushing!

If you can tell me how to delete the white background without it being a huge pain in the ass (I usually magic wand then delete the background, but I can't do that with this piece because it's pencil sketch and would be as big a pain as deleting white background manually)...I would appreciate hearing your technique.
